Due to the nature, handling requirements, and integrity of research products sold by Midnight Molecule, all sales are final.
Midnight Molecule does not accept product returns or exchanges after an order has been placed.
Products cannot be restocked or resold after leaving our control because product handling and storage conditions cannot be independently verified.
Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
If you need to request an order cancellation, contact support@midnightmolecule.com immediately.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests; however, cancellations are not guaranteed once processing has begun.
If a product arrives damaged, contact us within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
You must provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damaged product and applicable packaging.
Do not discard the product or packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
If Midnight Molecule approves the claim, we may provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
If Midnight Molecule sends an incorrect product, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the products received.
Approved claims will be corrected at no additional cost to the customer.
Refunds, replacements, or exchanges are not provided for products ordered incorrectly by the customer.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product names, quantities, and order information before completing checkout.
Midnight Molecule is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you identify an address error, contact us immediately. Address corrections cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipment has begun.
Orders refused by the recipient or left unclaimed may not be eligible for a refund.
Any resolution will be determined by Midnight Molecule based on the circumstances of the shipment.
Customers should contact support@midnightmolecule.com before initiating a payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve legitimate order concerns.
Fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed using order, payment, shipping, delivery, and customer communication records.
Nothing in this Policy limits a customer’s lawful rights with their payment provider or under applicable law.
If Midnight Molecule approves a refund, the refund will be issued to the original payment method where possible.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
