This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with Midnight Molecule LLC.
Midnight Molecule currently ships within the United States only.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays.
Processing times may be extended during product launches, promotions, high-volume periods, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Available shipping options and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.
Midnight Molecule offers free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders of $150 or more after discounts and before applicable taxes.
Orders below $150 are subject to applicable shipping charges displayed at checkout.
Once an order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with the order.
Customers should check spam, junk, or promotions folders if a tracking email is not received.
Tracking updates are provided by USPS and may not appear immediately after shipment.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please review your shipping information carefully before placing an order.
If you discover an address error, contact support@midnightmolecule.com immediately.
We cannot guarantee address changes after processing has begun.
Midnight Molecule is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
We ship to residential addresses and valid P.O. Boxes within the United States.
Orders valued at $500 or more require an adult signature upon delivery.
Orders below $500 generally do not require a signature unless otherwise specified by Midnight Molecule.
Customers are responsible for ensuring an eligible adult is available to accept signature-required shipments.
Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Midnight Molecule is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, severe weather, transportation interruptions, natural disasters, government actions, or other events outside our reasonable control.
If tracking indicates that a package remains in transit beyond the expected delivery window, contact support@midnightmolecule.com.
We may require reasonable time for USPS to investigate the shipment before determining whether replacement or other resolution is appropriate.
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, and local USPS office before contacting us.
Midnight Molecule will review lost-package concerns on a case-by-case basis.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, contact support@midnightmolecule.com within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Approved claims may be resolved through replacement or refund at Midnight Molecule’s discretion.
