Analytical results and COAs apply only to the specific batch identified on the applicable documentation.

Where applicable, batch-specific COAs are made available through product pages or our COA page.
Purchasers are responsible for verifying that the batch number on their product corresponds with the batch number identified on the applicable COA.
Submitting an order does not constitute acceptance of the order by Midnight Molecule.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders involving suspected fraud, unauthorized use, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or violations of these Terms.
If we cancel an order before fulfillment, any eligible payment received for the canceled items will be refunded.

Midnight Molecule currently ships within the United States only.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Midnight Molecule is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete customer-provided information.
Due to the nature and integrity requirements of our research products, all sales are final except where Midnight Molecule determines that an order was damaged during transit, defective upon receipt, or fulfilled incorrectly.
